Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and our high concern for hygiene, we do not accept or offer returns, refunds or exchanges for our products.
The exception to this policy is if the product(s) was to arrive damaged or defective, in which case, you need to contact us within 2 business days of receipt of said product(s). We will then accept returned product(s) as per the instructions we will provide, on a case by case basis. The cost of the return shipping will initially be at your expense.
Once the returned item(s) are received, it will be examined by our Customer Service team. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse the returned item(s) as exchangeable and the return shipping will not be reimbursed. If the condition of the item(s) is as reported initially and the item(s) shows no sign of tampering, testing or use, we will ship out new items at our expense and refund the charges for the return shipping.
We will only exchange an item(s) for itâ€™s identical new item(s).
We do not offer refunds for product(s). All purchases are final subject to above damage or defective exception.
